Designed to protect medical and other sensitive equipment, the Topaz 800 power conditioners remove electrical noise from the ac line and protect against sags, surges, lightning strikes, and brownouts. The power conditioners are available in power ratings from 140 VA to 25 kVA. Features include a high "K-Factor" transformer that can handle damaging harmonics without overheating and prevent transient harmonics from being reinserted back onto the ac mains. With an input-waveform distortion as high as 40%, the Topaz 800 generates a transient-free sinewave with 5% maximum distortion. Pricing starts at $325.
