Designed for high power automotive applications, the HPA TrenchMOS family of MOSFETs are available in all of the common automotive breakdown voltage grades of 30, 40, 55, 75 and 100V and are qualified to the automotive electronics standard AEC Q101 for discrete semiconductors. The lowest typical on-resistance figure for a TO220 device in the family is down to 2.3 m_ with a maximum of 2.7 m_. The DPAK devices feature on-resistances as low as 7 m_. The HPA TrenchMOS family is priced at approximately $2.95 each /1,000. For further information, contact PHILIPS SEMICONDUCTORS, Sunnyvale, CA. (800) 234-7381.
