Designed to regulate power for network interface cards and PC and PCI interface cards in both portable and desktop PCs, the Si91860 400-mA smart regulator combines automatic voltage regulation with an integrated design that requires just for external components. It automatically switches between either 5 VIN or 5VSB input voltages to a fixed 3.3V output. The device provides a minimum peak output current of 600 mA and can withstand 400 mA of continuous load current. Operating temperature range is from -40ûc to 85ûC.
