Called hex supply-supervisor ICs, the LTC2908 family monitors low-voltage supply rails in dense systems having large numbers of multivoltage power sources. The LTC2908-A1 can handle 5V, 3.3V, 2.5V, 1.8V, ADJ1 and ADJ2 voltages. The LTC2908-B1 monitors 3.3V, 2.5V, 1.8V, 1.5V, ADJ1 and ADJ2 levels. Both versions hold a 1.5% threshold accuracy over the entire temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Glitch immunity is provided to ensure reliable reset operation without false triggering. Resets are guaranteed to be held low with as little as 500 mV of the input supply, ensuring reset operation with new low-voltage processors. Two adjustable inputs are provided with a nominal threshold level of 0.5V. Both versions are available in either an 8-pin SOT-23 or a 2 mm x 3 mm DFN package, and are specified over the commercial and industrial temperature ranges. Pricing starts at $2.50 each/1,000.
