In the AS440 family of CMOS voltage detectors, designers benefit from a wide variety of output voltage ranges. Outputs are from 0.9V to 6V in 0.1V increments and operation range is from 0.7V to 10V. The detectors provide tight tolerances down to 2% at a low drain current of 1 µA. They also offer an extended temperature range of up to 85°C.The detectors' combination of efficiency and small size makes them suitable for a wide variety of battery operated applications in pagers, packet organizers, cameras, battery-backup supplies, PCs and cell phones. The AS440 detectors are available in SOT-23, TO-92 and SOT-89 packages.
