H-Bridge IGBTs Come In Single Package

Four 1200V IGBTs with anti-parallel diodes that provide a path for free wheeling current flow are available housed in a single, low inductance package. Part of the firm's U-Series, these H-Bridge IGBTs are well-suited for welding and other H-bridge topology power supplies operating from 480 vac power lines.
