Maximum operating frequencies range from 18 to 40 GHz and typical sensitivities are either 5000 or 8000 mV/mW. Other maximum specs include a storage operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C, current rating of 50 mA, and power dissipation of 75 mW at 25°C.
