The FAN7371 high-voltage gate driver can deliver up to 4A of current drive while promising system reliability and space savings. Said to provide the industry’s widest high-side driver operation with negative VS swings up to -9.8V at VBS = 15V, the device also features an innovative common-mode dv/dt noise canceling circuit. Other reliability features include under-voltage lockout for VBS and a 25V shunt regulator. To enhance efficiency, the driver offers a floating channel for bootstrap operation up to 600V.
