Capable of sourcing up to 2 mA of load current while operating at 100 µA at 25ûC, the 2.5V MCP1525 and 4.096V MCP1541 precision voltage references incorporate an advanced CMOS design and EPROM trimming. This is said to result in an initial tolerance of 1% maximum and a temperature stability of 50 ppm/¡C. Both devices are available in three-pin SOT-23 and TO-92 packages.
