Power MOSFETs Operate At 1.8V

May 1, 1999
For lower system voltages such as mobile communications and computers, the 1.8V Little Foot power MOSFETs are p-channel devices with a choice of 1.8V, 2.5V or 4.5V gate drives and on-resistances of 16, 11 and 9 milliohms, respectively. The devices are

For lower system voltages such as mobile communications and computers, the 1.8V Little Foot power MOSFETs are p-channel devices with a choice of 1.8V, 2.5V or 4.5V gate drives and on-resistances of 16, 11 and 9 milliohms, respectively. The devices are available with 8V or 12V drain-source voltages. The 8V version is recommended for use as a load switch on a regulated rail to control logic and the 12V device can be used as a power switch for voltages exceeding 8V.
