The SR20 and SR40 constant-frequency, current-mode step-up converters deliver 20 and 40 W, respectively, in 1- by 2- by 0.39-in. shielded packages. Operating from 5- to 17-V inputs, the converters generate a 9, 12, 15, 18, or 24-V output with efficiencies up to 96%. OEM pricing is $29 for the SR20 and $38 for the SR40.
