Delivering power to non-isolated point-of-load converters in distributed-power architectures, the KIQ025 series of intermediate-bus converters produces 25 A in a 12-V nominal output at efficiencies up to 96%. The units provide 300 W in a standard quarter-brick format with power density of 210 W/in.3 They accept inputs from 42 to 53 V dc and provide full power at up to 55°C with 200 lfm of airflow. Features include remote on/off, low ripple and noise, and no minimum-load requirements. Prices start at $52.50 each in lots of 1000.
