    With blocking voltages from 70V to 1000V and output currents from 36A to 340A, the HiPerFET power MOSFETs have an on-resistance range from 0.004 ohms to 0.240 ohms. The high efficiency translates to cooler operation or higher output current using the same-sized heat sink or the ability to use a smaller heat sink at the same output current. The standard package is a plastic SOT-227.
