    Targeting use in UPS systems, CT60AM-18F IGBTs offer fast fall time and low capacitance and are designed for resonant switching only (zero voltage or zero current)- they cannot be used in hard switching or general-purpose applications. Rated at 60A at 900V, the devices have an integrated fast recovery diode and come in TO-3PL packages.
