Two single- and two dual-channel, high-side power distribution switches for USB applications offer enhanced current-limit performance as well as an overcurrent response filter. The MIC2025/2075/2026/2076 are available in eight-pin, SOIC, DIP, and MSOP packages, are pin compatible with the company's MIC2525/2526, and include a discriminator circuit.
The MIC2026/2076 are dual channel devices that provide thermal isolation between the switches. Pricing starts at $0.86 each/1000.
