The FLEXPAK CIB family of IGBT power modules allows users to choose one, all, or any combination of five functions. These include a front-end single-phase or three-phase rectifier bridge, brake IGBT, thyristor for inrush surge protection, temperature sensor, and current sensor. The devices span ratings of from 10A to 50A at 600V and 10A to 25A at 1200V for a total of eight different voltage and current combinations.
