Packaged in the 3-pin and 6-pin SC-70 are five low-threshold small-signal MOSFETs intended for load switching and driver applications. The devices combine a tiny footprint with a typical gate-threshold voltage of just 0.9V, making them suited for cell phones, PDAs, and other battery-operated systems.
The devices-- the n-channel TN0205A (single) and TN0205AD (dual), the p-channel TP0205A and TP0205AD, and the dual n- and p-channel TC0205AD-- all offer rated operation at 2.5V to maximize battery life. Pricing in lots of 100,000 is $0.09 for single-channel and $0.18 for dual-channel devices.
