Analog Switches Boast Lowest On-Resistance

Claiming to have the world's lowest on-resistance, the MAX4624, 4625, 4626, 4627 and 4628 analog switches guarantee an on-resistance of 0.5 ohms at 5V. The devices come in SPST and SPDT configurations and operate from a single 1.8- to 5.5-V supply.

Claiming to have the world's lowest on-resistance, the MAX4624, 4625, 4626, 4627 and 4628 analog switches guarantee an on-resistance of 0.5 ohms at 5V. The devices come in SPST and SPDT configurations and operate from a single 1.8- to 5.5-V supply. Other features include on- and off-switching times of 50 ns at 5V, and TTL/CMOS compatibility. The MAX4626 offers break-before-make switching.
They are available in 6- and 5-pin SOT23 and in an extended temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
