Representing the latest addition to the company's Trench Gate line of IGBT modules and well-suited for use in high-power inverters, the CM400DU-24F delivers current and voltage ratings of 400A and 1200V, respectively. This half-bridge module is said to feature the same low-inductance U-package as existing products in the line and is matched with an optimally designed, free-wheel diode, which provides for softer recovery characteristics. Sample pricing is $277 each with production quantities available in eight weeks ARO.
