DC/DC Converter Accepts 360-Vdc Input

The M5718N-715 dc/dc converter accepts inputs between 220 and 360 Vdc and provides regulated 5V/200 mA and 15V/350 mA outputs. The converter is non-isolated and comes in a compact, single in line package. At an efficiency of 73%, the converter is suited for powering the company's line of ASIPMs, DIP IPMs and MINI DIP IPMs. These power modules are designed to use bootstrap techniques to develop the required floating supplies for the high side gate drive from a single 15V supply, which can be derived directly from the dc link.
