    MOSFETs Suit Sub 20W Converter Apps

    Intended for use in sub-20W backplane dc/dc converters, the IRF5802/7464 and IRF5802/7465 MOSFETs deliver currents of less than 2A at 200V and 150V breakdown voltage ratings, respectively. The TSOP-6 IRF 5802 is suitable for 5W to 10W modules

    Intended for use in sub-20W backplane dc/dc converters, the IRF5802/7464 and IRF5802/7465 MOSFETs deliver currents of less than 2A at 200V and 150V breakdown voltage ratings, respectively. The TSOP-6 IRF 5802 is suitable for 5W to 10W modules operating to 1 MHz. The SO-8 IRF7465 targets 10W to 20W modules operating up to 500 kHz. For modules requiring 200 VN MOSFETS, the TSOP-6 IRF 5801 and SO-8 IRF7464 provide similar features in the 10W to 20W range. Prices start at $0.14 each/10,000.
