The MD1323R step-down converter unites a trinity of devices in a single LSSOP26 package: a control circuit, main-switch MOSFET, and a flywheel SBD. Yielding a maximum output current of 1.8A, the converter accepts input voltages from 8V to 30V to render an adjustable output from 2.5V to 12V.
