Operating over an input voltage range of 2.375V to 5.5V, the ISL65426 dual-output, synchronous buck regulator integrates six 1A, programmable power blocks and two PWMs that are synchronized 180° out of phase. It offers protection for two synchronous buck regulator channels, switches at a fixed frequency of 1MHz, and employs current-mode control with integrated compensation. Other features include an efficiency up to 95%, a ±1% system accuracy over temperature, programmable 2-bit VID input, adjustable output from 1V to 4V, and short-circuit, thermal-overload, over-current, and under-voltage protection.
