Suitable for battery-powered designs, the MAX14523A, MAX14523B, and MAX14523C adjustable current-limit switches provide a ±10% accurate current limit, programmable from 250 mA to 1,500 mA via an external resistor. The devices protect devices against faulty load conditions, include reverse-current blocking, and specify a shutdown current of 0.5 µA.
