DS1842 APD bias output stage and current-monitor

Promising to save space by eliminating the discrete high-voltage components required for APD biasing and current monitoring, the DS1842 APD bias output stage and current-monitor measures 3 mm x 3 mm in a 14-pin TDFN package. The device integrates a 76V current source and dual current mirrors. Other features include a FET switch that works in conjunction with an external dc/dc controller and an operating-temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Pricing begins at $0.90 each/1,000.
