Designed for gate-on-array (GOA) LCD panels, the MAX17117 includes a seven-channel, high-voltage scan driver for the TFT panel, gate drivers, a MOSFET boost converter for AVDD supply, 350 mA LDO regulator, and a high-speed operational amplifier for LCD backplane bias in a 25-mm2 TQFN. The integrated MOSFET boost converter reduces overall BOM cost by eliminating the need for an external MOSFET.
