Designed for gate-on-array (GOA) LCD panels, the MAX17117 includes a seven-channel, high-voltage scan driver for the TFT panel, gate drivers, a MOSFET boost converter for AVDD supply, 350 mA LDO regulator, and a high-speed operational amplifier for LCD backplane bias in a 25-mm2 TQFN. The integrated MOSFET boost converter reduces overall BOM cost by eliminating the need for an external MOSFET. The high-current operational amplifier offers a slew rate of 40 V/µs and a bandwidth of 16 MHz. Available in a 32-pin, 5 mm x 5 mm TQFN package, prices start at $1 each/5,000.
