The company’s Q100-qualified 600V ICs for automotive designs consists of five power MOSFET and IGBT driver ICs that provide output source/sink current capabilities up to +1.9 A/-2.3A. The offering includes two half-bridge drivers: the AUIRS2184S featuring a fixed dead time of 500 ns and the AUIRS21844S with a programmable dead time between 400 ns and 5 µs. The AUIRS2181S, AUIRS21811S, and AUIRS21814S are dual channel high-side and low-side driver ICs with various input logic and propagation delays. Other features common to the crew include under-voltage lockout for both channels, 3.3V and 5V input logic compatibility, and low di/dt. Prices range from $0.50 to $0.90 each/100,000.
