    Consuming a typical quiescent current of 25 µA, the FAN5358 2-MHz synchronous buck regulator delivers up to 500 mA of output while maintaining an efficiency of over 80% at load currents as low as 1 mA. At moderate and light loads, it relies on pulse frequency modulation to operate in power-save mode. The FAN5358 is available in a six-lead SC70 package. Pricing is $0.39 each/1,000.
