Rectifiers Boost Efficiency, Reduce Form Factor

Expanding the Super Barrier Rectifier portfolio are 12A and 15A devices in PowerDI5 packages. They tout an ultra low forward voltage drop that delivers better efficiency and cooler operation than standard Schottky rectifiers. The 12A SBR12U100P5 and SBR12U120P5 offer blocking voltage capabilities of 100V and 120V, respectively.  The 15A SBR15U30SP5 targets next generation solar panel design where low profile bypass diodes mount directly beneath the glass.
