The negative complement to the 1.5A LT1963A positive low-dropout (LDO) regulator, the LT3015 1.5A negative LDO linear regulator features a fast transient response, low noise, and precision current limiting. Features include an input voltage range from -1.8V to -30V, adjustable output from -1.22V to -29.5V, a common emitter NPN power transistor design, output voltage of 60 µVrms over a 10 Hz to 100 kHz bandwidth, and an operating current of 1.1 mA and less than 1 µA in shutdown.
