The AUIRxxxxx family of automotive qualified MOSFETs handle applications requiring heavy loads. The devices feature operating voltages from 40V to 75V in a variety of surface-mount and through-hole packages. The AUIRL1404S are logic-level gate drive MOSFETs at 40V, 55V, and 75V.
