4A Dual POL Regulator Measures 4 x 4 x 0.6 mm

Thought to be the world’s smallest 4A, dual-channel regulator for point-of-load apps, the SC286 measures 4 mm x 4 mm x 0.6 mm in its MLPQ 28-pad package. The device combines two step-down regulators, each with 15 preset output voltages and controllable by four voltage-identification pins.
