H- and MP- grade versions of the LTC3851A synchronous step-down DC/DC controller feature an input range from 4V to 38V and operating junction temperatures from -40°C to +150°C and -55°C to +150°C, respectively.

H- and MP- grade versions of the LTC3851A synchronous step-down DC/DC controller feature an input range from 4V to 38V and operating junction temperatures from -40°C to +150°C and -55°C to +150°C, respectively. A constant-frequency, current-mode architecture allows a selectable fixed or PLL frequency from 250 kHz to 750 kHz. Other features include tracking and adjustable soft-start.
