    Primed for medical and high intensity, focused ultrasound applications, the MD2131 high-speed, arbitrary-waveform push-pull source driver integrates CMOS digital logic inputs, an eight-bit DAC, and a serial peripheral interface. The output stage performs as the source driver for a Supertex DN2625 depletion-mode, N-channel, 250V MOSFET.  Available in a 40-lead QFN package (MD2131K7-G), pricing is $6.27 each/1,000.
