The 200V STPS60SM200C high-voltage Schottky diode suit high-current AC/DC power supplies delivering nominal DC output voltages in the 30V to 50V range. Its 200V maximum reverse voltage is compatible with known worst-case operating conditions and provides the design margins needed to withstand over-voltages and remain fully operational down to -40°C. The device integrates two interconnected diodes in a three-pin package that employs proprietary process technology to achieve over 2 kV of ESD protection. Other features include an average forward current of 2 x 30A, maximum operating junction temperature of +175°C, and a forward voltage of 640 mV. Available in TO-247 cases, price is $2.436 each/1,000.
