The HiQP dc-dc converter series features an input voltage range of 125 to 475 V dc, with output voltages from 5 to 200 V dc. Pico Electronics’ 2.5- by 1.55- by 0.5-in., 50-W modules are protected against overtemperature, overvoltage, undervoltage, and short circuit. Also included is a 5% trim capability, remote shutdown option, 3-V reference pin, and special bias control pin for capacitor charging designs. The devices can be upgraded for military or other high-demand applications thanks to an expanded option of −55 to +95°C case operating-temperature option. They meet MIL-STD-202 vibration, shock, humidity, and altitude by design. Selected MIL-STD-883 environmental screening is available as an option.
