The VOW3120-X017T IGBT and MOSFET driver maintains a minimum 10-mm clearance and external creepage distance for motor drives, alternative energy, welding equipment, and other high-voltage applications. Developed by Vishay Intertechnology, the device features isolation voltage ratings of VIORM = 1414 V and VIOTM = 8000 V. In terms of noise isolation, common-mode noise-rejection measures 50 kV/µs. Current consumption of 2.5 A serves well in power-design apps that require high efficiency. Typical delays are less than 250 ns, while rise and fall times drop under 100 ns.
