Diodes Inc.’s ULN2000 series of Darlington arrays integrate seven open-collector Darlington transistors, each capable of producing a 500-mA output current from 50-V outputs. With clamp diodes included, the Darlington arrays directly drive a variety of inductive loads, including relays and stepper motors in home appliance and industrial products.

Three arrays ensure compatibility with all common logic families; the ULN2002A (14- to 25-V PMOS), ULN2003A (5-V TTL, CMOS) and ULN2004A (6- to 15-V CMOS, PMOS).
