Available immediately from MicroPower Direct, the MPU-320 series provides 320W of output power in a very compact 1U height U-Chassis case. These power supplies provide a universal AC input; active power factor correction; full safety approvals; robust filtering and compact construction. Standard models operate from a universal input of 90 to 264 VAC, providing tightly regulated single outputs. Outputs are factory set to 12, 24, or 48 VDC, but are available over a range of 2 to 60 VDC.
Standard features include filtering to EN 55022 Class B, active power factor correction to EN 61000-3-2 D, peak output power to 700W, and an input/output isolation of 3,000 VAC. All models are protected for over load, over voltage, over temperature and short circuit faults.
Interface signals for Power On, Power Good Fan Fail and Remote On/Off are provided, as well as a driver output for an external fan. The MTBF (per MIL HDBK 217F) of the MPU-320 series is greater than 100 khours. All models are approved to EN 60950. The series is certified to CE and is RoHS compliant.
The MPU-320 family is packaged in a compact 6 x 4 x 1.5 inch U-Chassis. With only 28.5 CFM airflow, they provide 320W of output power. Package options include a finger safe cover (Other series are available with an end-mount fan or top-mount fan). Each model is specified for operation over the wide operating temperature range of 0°C to +50°C (ambient).
