50, 100 W AC/DC Switchers Have Quarter-Brick Footprint

PowerGate LLC has released the Cosel TUNS50 and TUNS100 AC/DC switching power supplies in the industry standard ¼ Brick and ½ Brick packages for PCB Mount applications,  offering  the highest densities available in these power ranges.

The TUNS50 is a 50 Watt AC/DC Switcher in the industry standard 1/4 Brick package (2.3 x 1.47 x 0.5"), while the TUN100 offers 100 Watts in the ½ Brick Package (2.3 x 2.4 x 0.5") with a conduction baseplates for additional heatsink cooling. Both families feature Universal AC Input, Output VTrim of -10 ~ +20%, Remote Sense, -40°C ~ +100°C C baseplate cooled operation; and Reliability in Excess of 300k Hours per EIAJ RCR-9102.  Each family offers 3 standard output models of 5V, 12V or 24V.   All models are safety approved for UL/cUL60950-01, EN60950 and EN50178 and backed by a 5 year warranty.

In 100 piece quantities, the TUNS50 is available for les than $105 and TUNS100 for less than $126 with substantial discounts for OEM quantities. Small quantities are available from stock with standard production lead times of 10-12 weeks.
