Designed to fit in a 19” rack that is 1RU high (1.72”) and 14.47” deep, the Gravitas X75-48S is a dc power system that houses up to three hot-swap rectifier modules combined with dc battery load-distribution and monitor and control sections. Maximum “base system” output is 30.3A at 54.4V. For a 2+1 redundant configuration, output is 20.2A. Additional power is possible with an “expander system” that doubles the power capability and adds only 1RU of height. Power comes from the Sigma Series rectifiers, which produce 10.1A at 54.4V. The rectifiers are monitored and controlled through an I2C bus interface. The system is also available in 24V and 12V versions. Front panel adjustments control float voltage and temperature compensation. All system connections are at the rear. Price for a base system is $720 each in volume quantities.
