Pumped for powering process control, ATE, and factory-automation environments, the HWS1000 series 1-kW power supplies meet the SEMI F47 power line sag specs, which are mandatory for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The units are available with 10 nominal output voltages: 3.3V, 5V, 6V, 7.5V, 12V, 15V, 24V, 36V, 48V, and 60V. Most models are adjustable by ±20% of the nominal output voltage. The 7V through 60V models have a peak power rating up to 1.2 kW when operated with a line voltage of 200 Vac or higher. Input voltages range from 85 to 265 Vac. Operating in ambient temperatures from -10°C to +71°C, the units come in metal cases measuring 5" x 3.25" x 9.45", making them suitable for 2U-rack mounting. Prices start at $860 each/50.
