The BIAS 1/4W power supply is a simple, single component in a cubic-inch-sized package that fits into almost any available space in household appliances to supply sufficient standby power for 3 to 15 vdc functions. The device, which provides 50% efficiency, delivers a single pulse per line cycle. It’s fully potted to eliminate noise and associated EMI filtering.The supply offers a universal input range with nominal output of 12 vdc and maximum output of 15 vdc. It satisfies FCC Class B requirements without external components. The supply connects directly to an ac-line source and provides 250 mW.
