The TMR-3WI Series 4:1 input dc/dc converters deliver 3W of power and reside in SIP 8 packages. Remote ON/OFF control and high efficiency operation make the converters suitable for a wide range of battery-powered applications. The isolated and fully-regulated converters measure 22.8 mm x 9.2 mm x 11.2 mm. The series includes 16 models offering 9 to 36 Vdc and 18 to 75 Vdc inputs providing 3.3, 5.0, 9.0, 12, 15, ±5, ±12, and ±15 Vdc outputs. Other features include an operating temperature range from –40°C to +85°C, continuous short-circuit protection, an I/O isolation of 1.5 kVdc, and IEC/UL 60950-1 compliance.
