Miniature DC/DC Converters Have 20W/In.3 Power Density

Dec. 1, 1999
With industry-standard pinouts and dimensions of 2" x 1" x 0.4" and weighing just 30g, the 16CPR dc-to-dc converter modules feature a power density of 20W/in.3, 2:1 input ratios of 12, 24 or 48 vdc, and outputs of 3.3, 5 or 12 vdc or dual outputs of

With industry-standard pinouts and dimensions of 2" x 1" x 0.4" and weighing just 30g, the 16CPR dc-to-dc converter modules feature a power density of 20W/in.3, 2:1 input ratios of 12, 24 or 48 vdc, and outputs of 3.3, 5 or 12 vdc or dual outputs of ±12 or ±15 vdc. All models provide 15W output with 750 vdc I/O isolation. Efficiency is up to 87% and MTBF is >1 million hours. The built-in safety answering time is ≤ 300 µs. And the supplies conform to safety standard EN60950 and UL 1950 and are designed to meet EN55022 requirements.
