Responding to the need for flexible configurations for cost-conscious designers, the CW series continuous-wave, programmable ac-power sources are available in three power ranges: 800 VA, 1250 VA, and 2500 VA. Single-phase output frequency ranges are from 45 to 500 Hz while the switchable output ranges are from 0 to 135 Vrms with a maximum current of 9.26 Arms and 0 to 250 Vrms with current up to 4.63 Arms. Using external cables, two units can be operated in parallel for power ratings up to 5000 VA.
A key safety and ease-of-use feature is the standby enable/reset switch that allows power cables to be attached to a load while adjusting voltage and current, without power being applied to the load. Pricing starts at $2495.
