Acceleration high voltage and floating detector high voltage have been integrated into a single supply for mass spectrometers. The new HPRD integrated high-voltage supplies are designed with acceleration voltages from ±5 kV to ±12.5 kV, each with a synchronized 3 kV floating detector supply. For a typical TOF MS application, the output ripple and injected ripple are minimized while stability and accuracy are improved. The integration provides a low noise, highly stable, reversible solution for this very demanding application, and improved levels of spectrometer performance are achieved with easier wiring, all in a smaller package. Custom configurations are available. APPLIED KILOVOLTS, East Sussex, UK. (410) 308-0069
