Touted as the industry's first surface-mount dc/dc converters in quarter brick size, the Series open-frame 24V and 48V input come in 35A and 25A versions. They utilize a patent-pending circuit and packaging technique said to yield the industry's highest efficiency, best thermal performance, lowest height and weight, and highest useable power density. The product measures 2.3" x 1.45" x 0.26" and weighs 27g. The Series also comes in the industry-standard quarter-brick through-hole pinout and their 90% efficiency reduces total system input current while dissipating less heat. The 48V input modules have an operating input range of 36V to 75V, and the 24V input modules operate at input voltages ranging from 18V to 36V. Price is $92 each/1,000.
