Introduced as the industry’s smallest dual ac and dual dc power input modules, the Dual AC and Dual DC modules are designed for use in IEEE 1101.10/11-compliant systems. Both modules are hot swappable and are intended for use in the company’s line of enclosures and backplanes. The Dual AC delivers up to 800W of cross-feed redundant input power. As a result, the power supplies it feeds will provide 600W of N+1 redundant power. For protection, the module limits the input voltage seen by system power supplies to a slightly narrower range than their specified input operating range. Also supplying up to 800W of cross-feed redundant input power, the Dual DC meets the N+1 redundancy requirement of 600W at the power supply. Required input voltage range of the module is less than the 36V to 72V range of the power supplies. Each of the modules is priced at $295 in OEM quantities. I-BUS/PHOENIX, San Diego, CA.
