The 15A JAZ15 series of non-isolated, point-of-load (POL) converters is programmable via external resistors to deliver regulated outputs from 0.9V to 3.36V, making them suitable for multiple applications. Features include an input voltage range from 3V to 5.5V and an efficiency of 94%. The components are available in single in-line pin (SIP) or surface-mount (SMT) packages. For fixed-output chores, the JAZ10 converters offer voltage outputs from 1V to 3.3V with a maximum current of 10A and efficiencies up to 95%. Prices for the JAZ15 SIP, JAZ15 SMT, JAZ10 SIP, and JAZ10 SMT are $13.85, $13.95, $11.70, $12.15 each/1,000, respectively. For further information, contact Duane Darrow at XPIQ INC., Holliston, MA.
